Agnisio Warranty Policy

At Agnisio, we aim to deliver high-quality mobile repair, servicing, and related solutions. To give you peace of mind, we provide a warranty on eligible services and parts, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

Scope

Our warranty applies only to the specific services and/or parts mentioned in your official invoice or service bill.

Service-Specific Warranty

Warranty periods may differ depending on the type of service or part replaced. These details will be clearly stated on your invoice/bill at the time of service.

Parts Warranty

For repairs involving part replacement, the warranty covers only the replaced part and not the entire device.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our repair work. If a problem arises that is directly related to our service within the warranty period, we will re-service or replace the affected component at no additional charge.

2. Warranty Duration

The duration of the warranty will be specified individually for each service and printed on the invoice/bill.

Warranty periods may range from a few days to several months, depending on the nature of the service, part availability, and manufacturer terms.

In the case of multiple services on the same invoice, each service may carry a different warranty period.

3. What the Warranty Covers

  • Malfunctions caused by defective parts provided by Agnisio.
  • Service-related faults that occur within the stated warranty period.
  • Free repair or replacement of defective components (at Agnisio's discretion).

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty will not apply if:

  • The device shows signs of physical damage, water/liquid damage, or burns after service.
  • There is any tampering, alteration, or repair attempt by another service provider after our repair.
  • Issues arise from unrelated parts or components not serviced/replaced by Agnisio.
  • Damage results from accidents, misuse, software-related issues, viruses, or user negligence.
  • Warranty seal/sticker (if applied) is broken or removed.

5. Proof of Warranty

To claim warranty services, you must:

  • Present the original invoice or service bill that contains warranty details.
  • Ensure the warranty period mentioned in the invoice has not expired.
