Agnisio Refund Policy

At Agnisio, our priority is your satisfaction. We aim to deliver top-quality repairs and services, but if you are not satisfied, we handle refunds under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Full Refund

If we are unable to complete the repair and no work has been carried out.

Partial Refund

If partial work was completed but the device issue still persists.

No Refund

For diagnostic-only services, services where the device was damaged after repair, or where issues are unrelated to our service.

2. Parts Refunds

Installed parts cannot be refunded unless found defective under our warranty coverage.

If a part is defective and covered under warranty, a free replacement will be offered.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of service completion.
  • You must provide your invoice and a clear reason for the request.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 2-3 working days and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
    Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 7-10 days.
